  • We absolutely take Walk In’s! But keep in mind that since some services require special skills, training, and tools, only a limited number of technicians can perform them. So we recommend calling ahead or making an appointment to avoid long wait times.

  • Yes, but not online. To make an appointment for the same day (or less than 24 hours in advance) please call us at (214) 238-2386.

  • We guarantee nail enhancements for 5 days after your service, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs must be completed within 2 days of notifying the salon to be considered complimentary fixes. A small fee may apply for repairs after 5 days, repairs without notification, and repairs of breakages or tears. Complimentary fixes do not apply to design nails.

    Please remember our nails are not tools: be kind to your nails, take care of them, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

  • Yes, we are often able to work on your manicure and pedicure services at the same time. However, we do not guarantee this can be done for every customer on every visit. If you are in a time crunch, please let us know what time you need to be leaving the salon and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes we do! We offer manis and pedis for Princes and Princesses 9 and under, finishing with traditional, Dazzle Dry, or Gel polish. We do not, however, apply Dip or Acrylic to anyone this young.
